SMS Messaging & Consent (Opt-In)

If you provide your mobile phone number and opt in, DST Advisory Group may send you SMS/text messages for the following purposes: follow-up communications related to R&D tax credit consulting services, Phase 1 Study scheduling, appointment reminders, and service-related notifications.

How you opt in: You opt in by submitting your phone number through a form on our website (dstadvisorygroup.com) and checking an SMS consent checkbox authorizing us to send text messages to the number you provided.

Your consent is not required to purchase: Your decision to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any services from DST Advisory Group.

Message frequency & rates: Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless provider for details about your text plan or data plan.

How to opt out: You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Carrier liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Consent records: We may maintain records of your opt-in and opt-out requests to demonstrate compliance.

No sharing of opt-in data: No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our SMS messaging program. By opting in to receive text messages from DST Advisory Group, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. If we become aware that a person under 18 has opted in to our messaging program, we will promptly remove their information and unsubscribe them.

Managing Contacts and Sending Messages

We may use third-party services to manage a database of contacts and to send communications to you, including email and SMS/text messages. These services may collect data concerning the date and time when a message was viewed, as well as when you interacted with it, such as by clicking on links included in the message.
